ABOUT ME
Although I have always had a great interest in photography,
I was a clay artist for most of my life.
I was in many galleries in the United States and did shows
all over the country.
After losing my home and studio during Katrina, I began
taking photos of a very different New Orleans. Although it was a very challenging time, I was able to find a new career as a photo artist.
New Orleans is such an amazing city. It is always easy to
find unique and quirky things to photograph.
I especially love to make collages combining the smallest of
details from among the thousands of photographs that I have taken over the years.
I also like to use vintage black and white photos, painting them, and adding parts of my photographs. I add decorative details that I feel embellish my designs.
